About the Role - To help them on this mission, we are looking for a Client Retention Marketing Manager to manage and execute client marketing campaign strategy and engagement plans, aimed specifically at B2B Clients. Responsibilities
* Tactical execution and management of client communications and events
* Multimedia asset creation to support campaigns, including copywriting, and briefing design and other providers
* Support on client advocacy strategy and integrated communications plan to demonstrate impact and ROI
* Client channel management and execution: email, social, client hub
* Support and execute B2B client events, including webinars/ in-person advocacy roundtables and annual awards
* Build strong collaboration between marketing and client team to create and implement strategic campaigns
* Analyse campaign data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and improve results
Qualifications - BSc/MSc degree or recognised accreditation in Marketing
Required Skills
* 2+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role
* Employee benefits or HR Tech experience (preferred)
* Experienced in HubSpot CRM and understanding of Umbraco
* End to end campaign management experience (full-funnel marketing)
* Knowledge of the most effective marketing tools for client communications and engagement
* Copywriting experience and the ability to work with internal/external content and creative teams
* Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Hubspot)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay range and compensation package - In return, the company offers a competitive basic salary of £45,000 plus KPI bonus, share options, 25 days annual leave and an attractive benefits package.
