We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist, to join our team at our Peterborough City Hospital site.
You will need to be registered or in the process of registering with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team in the hospital where you will be involved in the delivery of a variety of clinical and core services provided by the pharmacy department.
This post attracts the Trust welcome bonus of £1000 payable in one instalment on commencement. Should you leave prior to 6 months you will be required to repay the full instalment and should you leave within 12 and 18 months of employment you will be required to repay £500.

Duties will include a ward pharmacist role to an assigned ward, dispensary work, medicines information, aseptic services and provision of pharmaceutical services to external community sites, therefore the ability to drive within the locality is essential.
You will be expected to participate in the in‑house training and the competency assessment programme. The opportunity to study for the Post Graduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice is also available to a successful full-time candidate.
You will participate in the on call pharmacist rota.
