Onboarding Coordinator
Onboarding Co-ordinator - Permanent position.
Salary: £24, per annum
Location: Eyre Court, Lincoln. Hyrbrid working 2-3 days per week in the office.
About the role:
Reporting to the HR Shared Service Manager; The Onboarding Co-ordinator will be responsible for all pre-employment checks for candidates under offer for roles within the Trust. You will work closely with the Recruitment Coordinators and Recruitment Business Partners in managing the candidate’s experience through the onboarding process, whilst ensuring the Trust is compliant and ATS is kept up to date. Working within agreed procedures, standards and timescales, as defined within Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). This role will provide a vital link between candidates and the hiring managers.
About you:
1. The post holder will have a proven track record of working within a similar role or an administration function.
2. Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
3. Excellent communication skills as well as verbal & written skills.
4. Excellent organisational skills and be able to manage time and work under pressure.
5. Able to meet deadlines and targets.
6. Always providing a professional customer focused approach.
