Are you an experienced and enthusiastic educator looking for a rewarding long-term role? Sussex Teachers Recruitment are partnering with a highly regarded large community primary school in Hove to find an outstanding Cover Supervisor. Starting as soon as possible, this full-time role will run on a long-term supply basis until July 2025.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons across all year groups in the absence of class teachers.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management to ensure a focused and productive learning environment.
* Support pupils in completing their activities, answering questions, and providing encouragement.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and class teachers to enhance the learning experience for all students.
Requirements
* At least 2 years’ experience working with children or young people in a school, youth group, or social care setting.
* A strong understanding of classroom management strategies and the ability to address individual behavioral needs.
* A proactive attitude, high aspirations, and a passion for helping children succeed.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and students.
