Description We are looking for a Fulfillment Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of warehouse operations, and drives continuous improvement in key performance areas. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing fulfillment team, ensuring seamless operations and achieving key business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and returns processing. Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Monitor and improve KPIs (order accuracy, processing speed, inventory levels), taking corrective action when targets are not met. Optimize operational workflows, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance performance and reduce inefficiencies. Ensure inventory accuracy and control, maintaining real-time stock visibility and minimizing discrepancies. Supervise returns management, ensuring a streamlined process that balances efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee order releasing and processing, guaranteeing timely and accurate fulfillment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, customer service, supply chain) to align fulfillment strategies with overall business goals. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data insights and best practices to optimize warehouse performance. What we're looking for: Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a team within a warehouse or fulfillment environment. Operational Expertise: 5 years in fulfillment, warehouse management, or supply chain operations. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to track KPIs, analyze data, and drive performance improvements. Tech-Savvy: Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Excel; knowledge of automation tools is a plus. Results-Oriented: Track record of improving fulfillment KPIs and operational efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
