This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering, looking to make a significant impact in the educational sector by contributing to the planning and introduction of T Levels. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver educational content related to BTEC/Edexcel/Pearson courses in Construction and the Built Environment/Civil Engineering from Level 2 to Level 5. Engage and inspire students through high-quality lectures and course materials. Participate in the continuous development and planning of curriculum and courses to meet educational standards and industry needs. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methods and overall student learning experience. Provide academic support and guidance to students to enhance their learning outcomes. Participate in relevant college activities and committees. Required Skills & Qualifications: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Construction industry. Strong commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment.
