The role will line manage a team of Finance Business Partners, will lead the Financial Management team and report to the Deputy CFO - Financial Management.
We encourage flexible and hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office, primarily at Stoke Mandeville Hospital site in Aylesbury.
This role will manage, organise and provide leadership to a large and complex financial management service.
You will provide financial expertise to the Trust and clinicians, managers and executives, in both contract income and expenditure.
The post will deliver financial and non financial analysis, including performance data.
You will be a key part of Trustwide planning and throughout the year will participate in effective decision making that leads to the Trust delivering financial targets.
You will lead on improvement projects within Financial Management and be a key part of transformation and cost improvement programmes across the Trust.
