This role involves taking inbound Customer Service calls; no Sales As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for engaging with customers, providing support with a number of various queries & ensuring that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner, whilst promoting a positive experience.
