Competitive basic salary Uncapped Commission Generous Holiday Pay Structure Company Car Staff Loyalty Flexible Working hours Business Manager Responsibilities: Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance products to the desired high standard of the client's brand To assist in the closing of vehicle sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling To secure finance business using providers approved by the client To ensure the company's F&I policies are strictly adhered to by all staff when using finance and insurance products To ensure that Sales Management, General Management and other front-line sales staff are kept abreast of developments in the finance and insurance market. To aim for complete customer satisfaction in all areas of finance business To ensure all legal requirements of the FCA are met Up to date knowledge and relevant experience gained with the finance and insurance industry The ideal Business Manager: A Full Driving License is Essential Is flexible, hard-working and able to work under pressure Highly motivated and physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment You must have a passion to engage with customers on a daily basis Previous experience as a Business Manager / Sales Controller / Transaction Manager is essential If you're looking for a new opportunity within the Motor Trade at the moment and are interested in this position then apply within.
