To oversee the daily running of the CCTV static, mobile and review units.
Encourage, support and motivate staff to ensure efficient service delivery and improvement of service.
Supervise the work of the CCTV static, mobile and review unit which incorporates the operation and monitoring CCTV cameras and video equipment providing clarification and evidence on particular incidents, and the keeping of accurate records.
Carry out a management role in respect of monitoring/granting TOIL and annual leave.
Regularly test the equipment and arrange for faults to be reported/repaired.
