Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)
Role Overview:
-We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services
-Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a variety of --Customer service tasks, including handling enquiries and complaints, coordinating shipments, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution via phone and email.
-Provide accurate quotations and service information to customers.
-Collaborate with internal departments and overseas offices to maintain high service standards and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Monitor shipments for compliance, advising customers on restrictions and prohibitions.
-Ensure timely status updates and proof of delivery (POD) information is communicated to customers.
-Coordinate and process inbound and outbound collection bookings.
-Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.
Requirements & Skills:
-Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently within deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
-A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
