TRC Group are excited to be recruiting for a Labour Compliance Manager to join us on a permanent basis based in our Leeds Head Office.
Extra Information:

As a Labour Compliance Manager your key responsibilities will include supporting the Senior Leadership team to ensure all Compliance relating to our temporary staffing workforce is met and exceeded.
Main Duties
Automating Processes: Continuous improvement on our automating processes to better ensure that our standard procedures are followed consistently.
Record Keeping: Improving our digital record-keeping to make it easier to store and retrieve compliance documents.
Communications: Regularly updating the Senior Leadership Team on the latest laws and regulations.
Training and Education: Providing training and education to employees on compliance matters.
Implementing Policies: Establishing and enforcing internal policies that reflect compliance standards.
Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly monitoring and auditing practices to ensure compliance.
Relationships: Building effective relationships with our customers, Internal Delivery Teams, Management and Senior Leadership Team.
Ensuring timelines and project plans are met
Maintain accreditations records, ensuring the company is up to date and compliant
Maintain and track the compliance budget
Ensure the availability of all training records and certification
Performance monitoring
Carry out general office administration as required
To be successful as a Training & Compliance Administrator you will have:
4. Previous experience within a Labour Compliance role or similar
5. Willingness to travel as required
6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office- including Excel & Word
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Excellent communication skills
