Job Description The candidate must have 8-12 years of experience in Google Analytics/Web Analytics with a proven record of accomplishment of successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This role will support the designing and delivering analytics data collection strategies to enable analysis of customer acquisition through marketing and advertising platforms, customer behavior, conversion, and commercial performance, as well as supporting MarTech personalization objectives and data science use cases. Responsibilities Ownership of the development and maintenance of our digital data collection methodologies Be the technical bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams, eliciting and interpreting business objectives into analytical requirements and technical designs. Design and deploy scripts and tags on web, native apps and adaptive app pages via tag management systems, or by working with development partners. Create automated testing methodologies to ensure data is captured consistently, is always present and accurate, and we are alerted to changes before they become significant or lengthy issues. Hand over solutions back to analytics team members and wider digital analytics users to ensure Company gets value from the created data. Collaborate with a wider team, including external partners, to coordinate delivery of work. NEED TO HAVE Expertise in setting up and managing Google Analytics 4, including event tracking, custom dimensions, and data import. Proficiency in Google Analytics setup, including tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering. Expertise in creating custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics reporting, including creating and customizing dashboards and reports. Experience with Google Tag Manager for streamlined tag implementation and management. Familiarity with other Google tools, such as Google Search Console and Google Data Studio for a holistic view of website performance. Understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on data collection and reporting. Ensure that the existing aggregate tables (data mart) are able to support a new set of granular funnel reports (across app and web), and user engagement reports for key site areas: PDP, PLP, Checkout, MyAccount Construct additional reporting tables on top of the data mart to facilitate these new reports Build or collaborate with the reporting team to build out the reports mentioned above.Provide insight from reports
