Accountable & Responsible for execution of the MSA and SOW (and other contracts as applicable) between RS Integrated Supply and a multi-site client. The Account Manager supervises, guides, and develops a team of Operation Managers and/or Site Managers assigned to various sites, including both on-site and virtual management to ensure optimum performance of all sites within their assigned clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide support and guidance to your team to ensure that our minimum standards are always met. Ensure that all mandatory training is up to date for all personnel. Drive standardisation and a high quality of control for both standards and the associated documentation.
* Serve as the key RS Integrated Supply Representative in managing daily operations within the account or accounts. Ensures and monitors integrity of the site service level program
* Overall accountability for the Services Health (KPI delivery and RS IS Profitability) within your allocated accounts
* Effectively communicates with all levels of the client's organization and able to present monthly
* performance results, with the Operations Manager if applicable, to the client's key program sponsors, including Service Level performance, Savings, Scorecards, and other KPI's
* Monitor, supervise and provide ongoing feedback and training to Site personnel in all aspects of their positions. Responsible for developing unity, morale and welfare at all levels of subordinate positions and working towards their professional development
* Lead or support quarterly business reviews with the central procurement/engineering client and the senior on-site client team. Contribute to annual business reviews as required by the General Manager.
* Assists in the development of annual Business Plans for area of responsibility including periodic updates related to revenue/EBITDA projections
* Manage Operation Managers and site teams to deliver Gold standard OPEX rating.
* Able to effectively manage multiple projects to a good standard, including managing and contributing to action items to ensure on-time resolution to key deliverables
* Helps coordinate new implementations internally / externally: contributing effectively to conversations enabling us to ensure a good balance between client requirements, successful onboarding and account profitability.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Technical requirements include:
* Technical - Thorough knowledge of purchasing and inventory management including experience using ERP systems and working with interfaces.
* Technical - Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
* Technical - Selling skills (internal and external).
* Technical - Root cause and corrective action.
* Technical - Contractual interpretation.
* Technical - Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong skills in Excel / PowerPoint and
* Word; ability to learn and work with multiple other MS based applications including Sync
