Role Summary: Working Pattern: 07:00 to 19:00, 4 days on/4 days off Location: Novella, 9 Stanley Street, Salford, M3 5GA The front of house team are the first people residents will see when they return home and the last on their way out for the day. It is key that a successful candidate understands the importance of the impact consistent, great hospitality can make. This role helps to manage the estate, providing a safe, secure and well-maintained environment and to above all, deliver a standard of service for residents and visitors, unmatched outside of the Zenith estates. Key Duties and Responsibilities: You’ll be expected to, amongst other elements of the role: Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and hospitality; offering assistance to residents, handling queries and complaints as well as day to day requirements such as parcel collection and maintenance queries Screen, authorise and welcome visitors, guests and manage contractor access Oversee car parking facilities ensuring all users are authorised Conduct regular checks to ensure the condition, cleanliness and security of the building e.g. lighting and other building equipment and be responsible for resolving any issues as quickly as possible, liaising with the off site maintenance team Responsibility for all deliveries to the main office, receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail Assist with waste management services including the removal of cardboard and rotation of bins Personal Qualities and Experience: Great communication skills both verbal and written including confidence in handling conflict and demonstrating empathy in a professional manner Have a natural passion for customer service and hospitality is key to the success of this position Proven examples of your ability to follow procedures, to be proactive and action orientated and great organisation skills Take pride in your appearance and that of the estate; representing the best interests of the brand at all times Ability to work well within a team and assist and support colleagues, especially when handing over duties. Self motivated at times when you are on sole duty Hotel/hospitality experience Basic IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word This role may be subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check).
