We are looking for an exceptional person to support providers in the delivery, development, review and assessment of RQF qualifications, bespoke and Quality Mark provision and in the implementation of AIM Group processes. The role holder will also assess and review the ability of centres to meet regulatory and AIM Group recognition and quality assurance requirements. Compliance Team support Provide information, advice and guidance in relation to assessment, internal and external quality systems and processes to centres offering RQF, Access, Bespoke and Quality Mark provision. Support the Quality Lead Manager to complete all compliance functions required. Work as part of the AIM Group team and contribute to the review and development of AIM Group self-assessment and quality activities including audit and review. Contribute to the continual improvement of AIM Group systems and processes and the service provided to customers. Regulatory Functions Coordinate the implementation of the complaints process to ensure timely responses Oversee and coordinate the completion of the quarterly Compliance Newsletter, ensuring all aspects of Compliance and Access are covered. Lead on the review and completion of applications for all Quality Mark provision and ensure any subsequent action plans are completed. Conduct bi-annual review meetings for all Quality Mark Centres and ensure any actions plans are completed. Manage the withdrawal of Bespoke and Quality Mark provision as per the documented policy and procedure Conduct quality support visits to provide support and guidance to centres to meet the requirements of centre recognition. Lead on the Reasonable adjustments (Internal assessment only) process. Oversee and track action plans resulting from malpractice investigations, incident reports and those associated with sanctions imposed on centres, staff, or learners. Oversee and track action plans resulting from the centre recognition, qualification approval, and annual declaration processes. Conduct spot checks as per the agreed annual plan Lead and facilitate the complaints process acting as the centres main contact In line with the documented Aged Debt process, engage with centres and offer assistance to ensure the payment of outstanding invoices. Training and Resources Lead on the development and delivery of engaging and informative Centre facing training for external compliance functions which provides a high level of support and guidance to centres. Lead on the annual review of the Centre guide to Quality Assurance and relevant centre facing support documents to support continuous compliance by centres.
