Job Title: Teacher of English and Head of Year
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: M1 – UPS3 & TLR 2BB

Bristol Brunel Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring Teacher of English and Head of Year to join its supportive and talented team.
The successful candidate will need a personality that is vibrant and engaging and can demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills. They should be able to build and maintain authentic relationships with their students and colleagues and strive to become an integral part of the BBA community. We are driven by a desire to provide our cohort with the highest expectations so that all students, regardless of their starting point, have the tools to succeed and achieve their full potential. We are looking for a candidate who shares these values.
This role will also include a TLR responsibility for Head of Year, where you will raise the attainment of a year group by using data effectively and line manage your Pastoral Year Team to raise attendance and maintain high standards of behaviour and uniform.
