Compliance Incident Manager | Homeworker | Permanent
Salary: £32,000-£45,525 (Dependent on experience)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 40 hours.

CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Incident Manager.
This role supports the Head of Risk and Compliance in providing a rapid response for incident investigations, resolving client issues and procedural problems swiftly, and fostering a culture of open reporting and quick resolution.
Main responsibilities include:
* Managing incident responses to promote continual improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Interpreting data and trends to identify risks and reduce problems proactively.
* Providing detailed reports to offer business insights.
* Developing practical solutions to resolve incidents and prevent recurrence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong root cause analysis skills and practical problem-solving abilities.
* Calmness and confidence in high-pressure, contentious situations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
* Proactive approach to reviewing and improving processes for efficiency.
* Understanding of the UK same-day courier industry.
* Impartial assessment skills and clarity in communication.
* Experience in a similar role with industry knowledge.
