Inspire resourcing are currently recruiting for an Administration Support role based with our well-established client in Belper.
Duties Include:
1. Perform general administration duties through various communication channels.
2. Deliver customer support to B2B and partnerships.
3. Provide B2C customer interactions.
4. Interact with the Field engineers to ensure job closures are secure.
5. Use data spreadsheets and digital functions to dispatch correspondence to end user customers.
6. Support the Customer Care team with administrative tasks.
7. Utilise Salesforce reporting.
What we're looking for:
1. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
2. Previous experience of working in an Administration team.
3. Strong organisational skills.
4. The ability to work on your own initiative and work well within a team.
Salary:
£13,234 plus up to £750 bonus per year.
