The Orion Team are working with a well-established business that specialises in the bespoke design, manufacturing and installation of automation and materials handling equipment and solutions. Looking to strengthen the growth of their established team with a Spares Engineer.
Responsibilities for the Spares Engineer:
Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure excellent customer service and understanding their business needs.
As theSpares Engineeryou would be required to manage expectations, demands and customer complaints.
Offer customers access to: Spare parts, Service of Contracts, Call out / breakdown cover, Obsolescence Support
Produce clear and accurate quotations using the business software system.
Ensure all orders are handled and processed promptly.
Focus on achieving service excellence.
Work with the wider teams within the business to support the sales strategy to deliver growth within aftersales.
Liaise with the design, procurement and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery is achieved.
