Key Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate passion and commitment to delivering excellent care and quality services.
2. Successfully register with Ofsted and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, regulations and standards.
3. Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures, promoting an open and honest culture.
4. Lead and inspire a highly skilled team, developing their knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
5. Ensure effective staff deployment to optimise service delivery.
6. Manage financial performance, meeting or exceeding agreed targets.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
8. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Celebrate and share success within the team and the wider organisation.

What We’re Looking For:
* Enhanced with Barred List(s) DBS Check
* Recent experience as a Children’s Home Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience working in Children’s Homes for at least 2 years in the last 5 years, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
* Preferably hold or have held registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager.
* Exceptional leadership and management skills.
