Our client is looking for a project manager to join them on a contract lasting until end of August 2025. In this role you will be supporting the decommissioning programme of the site. The site is a former test and development nuclear power station.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop construction site management strategies and plans, optimising plans to respond to changes when necessary.
2. Create, implement and maintain integrated programme baselines and strategies for the overall construction phase works, taking into account analysis of dependencies and constraints, scope, risks and assumptions.
3. Implement organisational governance structures for projects, ensuring application of CDM requirements and Temporary Works Requirements.
4. Review and report on identified problems and incidents, establishing causes and identifying, recommending and implementing solutions.
5. Efficiently manage the construction site within the bounds of the construction phase plan and safety envelopes.
You will need:
1. Experience of construction site management.
2. Site Manager Safety Training Scheme.
3. CDM Compliance.
4. Temporary Works Coordinator.
