What You'll Do: Support learners in a variety of classroom settings. Assist the class teacher with daily routines and activities. Create a positive and encouraging environment for our learners. Work alongside our 1:1 support staff. Ideal Candidates: Have a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs. Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting our learners. Have experience working with children with SEN or have a personal connection to SEN (such as a family member with special needs).
