The role available will be based in either Sheffield Hartshead Square, Sheffield, S1 2FD, Manchester, 2 St Peter’s Square, Manchester M2 3AA or Blackpool Peel Park, Brunel Way Blackpool, FY4 5ES.

This is an exciting opportunity within the Commercial Directorate Direct Wing, Centralised Business Operations Management (BOM) Team function. Working within this well-established team based in either of the Blackpool, Sheffield or Manchester Commercial Hubs, you will work closely with the BOM Team G7, Senior Executive Officers (SEO), and wider BOM team who are responsible for providing effective business support to the 4 Commercial Categories, within the Direct Wing, to ensure the best possible service and value, is delivered.
You will have responsibility for ensuring the timely delivery of essential commercial support services on a variety of activities, and the collection and coordination of information for the Categories Commercial pipeline. A large part of this role will include effective milestone management to ensure deadlines are met, and supporting the SEO Team Lead and your team members to achieve service excellence.
The post is challenging, it requires pro-active and innovative thinking, with good communication and leadership skills and an outgoing and enthusiastic approach to challenges. You will possess the ability to deliver at pace, and handle successfully the delivery of a number of competing priorities. You will be required to frequently work alongside your colleagues in the BOM team as well as key stakeholders to ensure information collected is accurately reflected to allow Senior Colleagues make informed decisions that increase efficiency of delivery and quality of service outcomes.

Some travel to and between our corporate Hubs may be required as part of the role.
