As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's infrastructure, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition. You will coordinate with other departments, and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure a superior guest experience. What You'll Do: Oversee all aspects of hotel maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime and extend the life of equipment. Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. Maintain an inventory of necessary tools, supplies, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures effectively. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a high-end hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. We use contractors for the majority of our work so practical knowledge not essential.
