Teaching Assistants, HLTAs, Learning Support, and Behaviour Mentors

We are currently recruiting for a range of positions, including Teaching Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), Learning Support Assistants, and Behaviour Mentors for schools across Birmingham.
We have multiple opportunities available in schools catering to students aged 4-19.
- Experience working with SEN students (desirable but not essential).
- Previous or current experience as a teaching assistant, support worker, care worker, sports coach, or someone with a passion for supporting young people is encouraged.
- New university graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Capable of supporting the learning and development of SEN pupils across the school.
- Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire students to participate in their learning.
- Assist the teacher with general classroom support and behaviour management.
- Suitable for individuals seeking long-term or permanent roles within a school environment.

Pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with the possibility of a permanent contract becoming available at a later date.
