We are seeking an experienced resource planner to join our small but growing team!
The Resource and Demand Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of resource, including the management of personnel, materials, equipment, and other resources.
This is a home based role, reporting to the Head of Workforce and Demand Management.

What you'll be doing :
* Work closely with project managers to identify resource needs for upcoming projects.
* Allocate resources in a manner that ensures all projects have the necessary resources to meet their objectives.
* Monitor resource usage to ensure that resources are being used efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Identify resource conflicts and work with project managers and department heads to resolve them.
* Develop and maintain resource allocation policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain resource utilisation reports and metrics.
* Coordinate with human resources and finance departments to ensure that resource allocation aligns with organisational goals and budgets.
* Evaluate and implement new tools and systems to improve resource management processes.
What we're looking for :
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Workforce Management capacity.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced skills in data manipulation and interpretation.
* Proven experience as a resource manager or in a similar role.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Understanding of project management methodologies.
* Proficiency in the use of WFM software.
* Experience with databases.
