What the Job Involves You will join our CASP, CP, PLO, and Court team, working primarily on child protection cases. Your role involves safeguarding children and supporting families under Pre-Proceedings (PLO) and Court cases. You will work collaboratively in our Intake and Long-Term Locality teams, providing guidance and support to help families develop skills for a safe home environment. As part of Cardiff City Council, you will work under the Social Services and Well Being Act (Wales) 2014, ensuring that families' needs are met to prevent escalation. Monthly supervision and training opportunities will be available to support your professional growth.
