The Role:
The role of a Pension Database Administrator is a vital part of the team! You will be driven, organised, and adaptable to the workload. Your primary focus as a Pension Database Administrator is to support our range of different customer cases and ensure all are administered and dealt with accordingly, timely, and professionally.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
* Responding to and solving member queries via e-mail.
* Responding to and solving advisor & provider queries via email and telephone.
* Processing Letters of Authorities within agreed SLA’s including policy responses from providers.
* Manage and maintain the company’s database daily to maximise its full potential.
* Support and update the Pension Finding feature.
* Update customer dashboards with Pension information.
* Supporting management on ad hoc projects.
Person Specification:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to work without supervision.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Manage post (incoming and outgoing).
* Administration experience in pensions or in a financial service setting would be advantageous.
