Role Set-up:
To run w/c 6th of Jan for approx 6 weeks. Full time on-site with the client.
The Role:
Working with an Iconic Global Client, the Content Production Manager works closely with the Content Studio to execute and create all required localised screens featured within our website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in Europe. The Content Production Manager is guided by Senior CPMs to work with Content Producers, Studio Leads and Business Affairs teams to collate all local references and produce a studio brief to localise the work. They also execute quality control checks and traffic work through local language teams and manage rounds of amends before preparing a handoff to function. The position will be working in a team with Seniors delegating tasks between them and working closely with the studio team to execute all required versions necessary for projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with Business Affairs on 3rd party assets relevant to Europe.
* Managing workflows to ensure production runs smoothly and to time.
* Passing assets back to client stakeholders for approvals.
* Manage the staging and organisation of final assets on servers.
* Review deliverables and communicate edits and final asset delivery, specifically to the graphic production team.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years experience in graphic production/photo producing and/or project management at design firm, ad agency or interactive shop.
* Flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop.
* Experienced Mac user, familiar with Apple operating systems.
* Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including web site builds, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing.
* Accuracy, excellent memory and an eye for detail.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, creative, and production environment. Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 9:00-17:30 framework and occasionally on weekends.
* Excellent English skills, written and verbal, is a prerequisite.
* Understanding of the nuances involved in adapting content for different markets.
* Teamwork is key; must be good at taking direction and working collaboratively and sharing tasks within a project team.
