Servicing Co-Ordinator Hightown Housing Association have a fantastic opportunity for a Servicing Co-Ordinator to join their busy Building Safety team. As the Servicing Co-Ordinator you will be the first point of contact for our contractors, resolving issues and ensuring a first-class service is delivered to our internal and external customers. Attention to detail is key for this role as you will be monitoring workflows and keeping the associations servicing schedules and agreements up to date. Key Responsibilities: To monitor the servicing workflows to ensure KPI’s are met, and databases are kept up to date in a timely fashion. The administration of invoicing and quotes in relation to the servicing contracts and to be the first point of contact for any queries. Updating our Asset Management and Housing Management system with information on new properties. Arranging meetings with our contractors and management team. Supporting the wider department as and when required.
