What You’ll Be Doing
Providing IT troubleshooting & support via phone and remote software
Escalating complex issues from 1st line support engineers
Diagnosing and resolving technical faults to keep businesses running smoothly
Documenting solutions & sharing knowledge with the team and customers
Delivering top-tier service that reflects Surf Tech IT’s high standards

You have strong communication skills and a great phone manner

You can multi-task and prioritize your workload effectively
You have a methodical, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Your Technical Skills
Essential:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Entra, SharePoint, Intune)
Solid understanding of Active Directory
Ability to produce clear, concise documentation
Experience with security solutions and Nextgen Firewalls
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):
Experience with Kaseya/Datto stack
Hands-on experience with Nextgen Firewalls (SonicWall/WatchGuard)
