Band 3 Health Care Assistants are expected to be kind and responsive but professional and informative and contribute to the quality of the services provided within the community team across the health economy by:
• Keeping the people who using our services as safe as possible through the use of sound clinical skills and effective risk assessments escalating concerns to Registered Healthcare Professional.
• Ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes by using up-to-date skills and adhering to evidence-based policies and procedures within scope of assessed competence.
• Ensuring the people using our services have a good experience by respecting, empowering and working in partnership with people throughout the care planning process.
The successful applicant would be caring for patients within a community setting, so a valid full UK driving license and own vehicle is essential.

• To provide care and support for vulnerable patients in a community setting, supporting with personal care, meal preparation and medication administration, following care plans and risk assessments.
