The Branch Manager will provide strong leadership and management at the Heathrow Branch to deliver branch sales and profit targets and at the same time build a culture of high standards of H&S, Quality and Security and place where employees are proud to work. You will be overseeing around 20 staff for this medium sized forwarder Ideally you will have around 10 years experience in a managerial position. Hours are Mon - Fri 9-5.30 Salary £65k plus excellent benefits Duties Outlined: Branch Strategic Business Plan – develop and implement the Branch Business Plan aligned to the overall business strategic plans and growth aspirations with clear goals and branch activities to deliver the Branch Business Plan and drive profitable growth Branch Operational Performance – develop and agree the annual branch budget and operational targets, monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved Branch Sales Growth Plan – develop and agree the sales growth plans through the retention, maintenance and development of new and existing customers Branch Leadership and Management – lead and manage the branch teams to deliver excellent branch performance and customer service Branch Team Development – attract and retain high calibre people to build an effective team that is proud to deliver the results Build Customer Relationships – ensure the retention and growth of key accounts and local customers through delivery of operational and customer excellence – Customer First Maintain Customer Service Diary Programme – ensure that this is implemented and maintained to deliver excellent customer service Compliance – ensure that the branch is compliant with all relevant legislation and standards and drives to make improvements Branch Site Services Management – ensure that the Branch building and facilities meet legal and any the agreed standards
