ECT About the Role: Early Career Teacher (ECT) We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident ECT to join a number of supportive primary schools in Finchley. This role is ideal for ECTs looking to develop their skills in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, with strong mentoring and ongoing professional development throughout the year. * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Be a passionate ECT committed to professional growth

* Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
* Experience in primary school education (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons in KS1 or KS2
* Plan and assess student progress
* Build positive relationships with students and parents• Participate in school events and extra-curricular activities
