Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Salary: £12.60 Per Hour + plus Christmas bonus, Pension Scheme and free parking on site

Responsibilities
* Office duties which follow compliance and company policies
* Creating and updating records on the company databases
* Track stock of office supplies
* Assist all departments when necessary, with administrative duties

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good IT skills. Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* Strong organisational skills with a systematic approach to problem solving
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise day to day activities ensuring that deadlines and objectives are achieved
* Organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask within a demanding office environment
