Job Title: Night Concierge and Security Assistant (Car Required)
Contract Type:Permanent
Salary:£24,627 per annum (pro rata £19,701.60 per annum) plus 10% Night Allowance
Working Hours:30 hours per week
Working Pattern: 9.45pm - 7.45am Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Location: Centenary House, Derby (with occasional travel to Newstead House, Derby and Chevin House, Belper)

This role is based at Centenary House, Derby. Occasional travel is required to other schemes in Derby & Belper therefore we are looking for someone with access to a vehicle.
In the role, you will act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a reception area as required and use company intranet (RIC), e-mail and other basic correspondence where appropriate and necessary. Implement night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme and respond to faults as discovered.
You will also monitor access to schemes and visitors and meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices, reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour.

* Experience of working in a customer focused environment
* Ability to demonstrate IT Skills to include a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside; and complete relevant IT training where required

Role Profile

* Advises management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns about a client.
* Reporting repairs to maintenance contractors by using appropriate systems.
* Ensure culture and diversity issues for the clients are considered at all times, and report any forms of discrimination.
* Promote and encourage a high level of client involvement, consultation and communication.
Other Information:
* You will be required to work a range of shifts on a 24 hour, 7 days per week rota basis.
* You will undertake regular training to enable you to deliver your role safely.
* From time to time you may be required to undertake additional duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature, in consultation with your Line Manager.
