As a Timetabling Administrator, you will be working as part of a busy, fast paced team. You will be responsible for a range of key administrative duties within the student lifecycle - however, your primary focus will be supporting with timetabling activities ahead of the busy examination period. This is a process driven role, and the ideal candidate will be organised with great attention to detail and a high-level of accuracy. Timetabling Officer Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Scheduling and Timetabling process in advance of examinations and assessments Managing inboxes, assisting with email triage and responding promptly to queries Resolving student and academic inquiries via Teams, telephone and in person, providing excellent customer service and escalating as necessary Contributing to the student journey with module, programme evaluation, examination, assessment and mitigating circumstance processes Updating spreadsheets with data accurately and with attention to detail Working flexibly as part of a team, supporting colleagues in times of high-volume activity with other ad hoc administrative duties Timetabling Officer Key Skills: Experience in Higher Education administration with expertise in Timetabling processes and procedures Exceptional organisational skills, able to plan, prioritise, and multitask whilst ensuring attention to detail and accuracy Strong and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels Highly proficient IT skills - MS Office and University specific databases This Timetabling Officer position offers a great opportunity to gain significant experience within a leading educational institution.
