Ward F6 at the North Manchester site of Manchester Foundation Trust is currently looking to recruit a Band 7 Ward Manager to our Trauma and Orthopedic Ward. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated individual to undertake the role of Ward Manager within Ward F6 Trauma and Orthopedics.
Ward F6 is a 20-bedded Trauma and Orthopedic ward, which cares for a variety of orthopedic and trauma conditions.
A successful individual must be highly motivated to take on this challenge and meet head-on the pressure to maintain high standards and delivery of quality care, whilst leading the nursing team. The post holder will manage all aspects of clinical standards and professional practice within the service and will manage and coordinate staff, budget resources, and the environment. You will help shape future services working and supporting the Matron and Lead Nurse within the surgical division.
To apply for this post you must have substantial experience as a Band 6 with surgical experience. You must have excellent communication and strong leadership skills to uphold the standards and values of the trust.
