Academics are working with a local primary school in Winchester to secure 1:1 support for one of their pupils. The school work on the basis that having solid relationships with students and student families builds a great foundation for their learning! They ensure their children are at the heart of every decision within the school and have a strong focus on student happiness, resilience and confidence in their learning.
This particular role is working on a 1:1 basis with a Year 6 pupil with additional needs and an EHCP so ideally you will have experience working with children in an SEN environment - whether this is in a classroom environment, in a care setting on with first hand experience!
