About the Role
As part of a high-performing team of marketers, commercial directors, and product managers, you will take ownership of several paid marketing channels, with a primary focus on paid social. Your mission will be to drive growth in our weight loss category by building, testing, and scaling innovative marketing strategies. This role involves managing a significant paid advertising budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main objective will be to own and grow multiple paid marketing channels, supporting the expansion of one of our fastest-growing product categories. Responsibilities include:
* Paid Advertising Management: Optimize and improve performance across multiple paid marketing channels by understanding key drivers and levers for growth.
* Scaling Paid Social: Utilize a test-and-learn approach to scale paid social campaigns effectively, with a strong emphasis on creative testing. (Experience with YouTube is a bonus.)
* Customer Integration: Stay deeply customer-focused and data-driven, ensuring that customer feedback informs growth strategies.
* Stakeholder Management: Take ownership of all paid advertising initiatives, regularly reporting progress and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other teams to integrate company-wide initiatives into paid campaigns, including new product launches, tech features, and broader marketing efforts.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
* At least 2-3 years of experience managing paid advertising for an in-house brand.
* Proven success in scaling paid social campaigns.
* Experience working with creative teams to develop and test ad creatives using a data-driven approach.
* Background in high-growth environments with a strong track record of driving results.
