You need to be a qualified psychological practitioner (e.g. psychologist, family therapist, child and adolescent psychotherapist, cognitive behavioural therapist) fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (e.g. HCPC). You will require strategic understanding and excellent communication skills to develop effective relationships with key partners, including the ICB, Local Authority, GPs, voluntary sector organisations, and other statutory agencies. You will have extensive clinical and operational leadership experience across CAMHS to support the teams, acting as an effective team member whilst working on your own initiative. You will be responsible for the overall clinical supervision structure of qualified staff. You will have a commitment to collaborative working and actively supporting and liaising with other health and social care professionals and agencies.
