Insurance Team Leader
This is a unique opportunity where you will have the best of both worlds, from supervising the team to overseeing the portfolio to deliver the company’s strategy and performance.
Location: West Midlands
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Underwriting team which writes several products across commercial lines.
2. Lead, motivate, and drive the performance of individuals to work as a highly performing team.
3. Conduct monthly 1-2-1s and relevant training for the team.
4. Build relationships with several key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience supervising a team in the insurance sector.
2. Commercial insurance experience.
