We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join our team in Redhill. As a Business Analyst, you will support the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver the development and continuous evolution of the PMO as a value-adding business function, providing services that enable CitySprint to achieve the right business results from project investments to support the company’s strategic growth plans.
You will work within the PMO team and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels. You will take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisational change. With a significant focus on strategically aligned IT-enabled business change, client integration, and IT system improvement projects that support existing business and business growth.
Skills Needed for a Business Analyst Role:
1. In-depth cross-functional knowledge to understand business objectives and requirements.
2. Knowledge of techniques and tools for investigating, analysing, modelling, and documenting business areas.
3. Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously from small short-term projects to large multi-stream programmes.
4. Proven experience with principles, methods, techniques, and tools for effective management of the testing process.
5. Business analysis certification/qualifications, preferably at practitioner level (e.g., ISEB/BCS Diploma, IIBA CBAP).
6. Experience working within multi-disciplinary business and technical teams.
7. Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a courier, logistics, or software development company.
8. Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience.
9. Minimum 3 years Quality Analyst experience.
10. Minimum 3 years next day & international logistics experience.
11. System selection experience.
