Operations Manager
Hybrid. £70-80k. London
Refreshing are working with a luxury event catering company based in London that has been catering to the world's most prominent brands, organisations, and individuals for over 10 years. Clients include Prada, Hermes, Gagosian, Loewe, Apple, Warner Music and Sotheby's to name a few. They also run a Michelin listed restaurant.
We are looking to bring in a number 2 to the CEO to head up daily operations.
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring that all events and restaurant operations are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires a
strategic leader with a deep understanding of event management, hospitality, logistics, and operational efficiency. The Head of Operations will be accountable for all the teams to ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
You will run the operations for all events, ensuring they are planned and executed efficiently. You will manage relationships with venues, vendors and suppliers.
You will be responsible for team development and management and budget and financial management.
You will own quality control, continuous improvement and budget and financial management.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in operations and a love of food and events.
