Handle membership upgrades and ensure all checks are completed. Administer Direct Debits for fee collection. Maintain high-quality membership records. Provide excellent customer service to members and potential members. Assist with membership queries via phone, email, and letters. Support other teams with membership-related queries. Skills and Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
