An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 1st line Service Delivery Analyst for a 6 month contract, with a view to extend. Must have experience of working in a service desktop support environment, with skills in O365, Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Desktops, printers, and mobile support.
The Role: You will provide 1st line IT support within the Service Desk. You will be acting as the first point of contact providing 1st and 2nd line support to the company. Supporting and maintaining all new incidents and requests logged to the Service Desk. Provide on-site support and remote IT support to other UK offices. The position offers development (excellent training) in IT knowledge and communication skills in a multicultural environment. You must possess a driving licence as you will be required to travel to Alloa twice a month. The role is initially fully onsite for the first 2 months.
Required skills:
1. Experience of working in a 1st or 2nd level IT support Windows 10/11 (essential) to include deskside & remote support - installation/Configuration/Support Dell Laptops/Desktops/Konica Printers
2. Hardware support Windows Client OS
3. Mobile Device Management (Intune)
4. Active Directory administration (essential)
5. Windows Server 2003, 2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2019 (advantageous)
6. Microsoft Office 365
7. Working to SLA and closing off tickets
8. Networking (DHCP/DNS/VLAN/Routing) and Hardware Support
9. VPN/Remote Access Support
10. CAD applications (SolidWorks)
