We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our sites in Water Beach, Cambridge, CB25.
This busy site has gone from strength to strength, attracting more customers daily with their fantastic and innovative food under the guidance of a strong Chef Manager. With a focus on street food style concepts and wholesome dishes, the food served at site is exciting and delicious in equal measure.
We are now looking for an excellent Chef de Partie who can assist the Chef Manager with the day to day kitchen operations and help push the site to the next level.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 40 hours per week.

As our Chef de Partie, you will:
1. Have excellent people skills
2. Have general knowledge of food hygiene, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
3. Be passionate about food and customer service
4. Have superb culinary skills
5. Have good organisational and communication skills
6. Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team
7. Be eligible to work in the UK
You will be able to create and develop our dishes and will assist the Chefs in creation of weekly menus. A knowledge and understanding of the important of stock and food wastage is essential.
