Plus, enjoy perks like your birthday off, 'Freebie Fridays' and much much more A day in the life: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our broker department, with a focus on products within the FMG which include Secured loans, Mortgages, Equity Release and Bridging. The role consists of outbound calling of existing registered Brokers and establishing new working relationships with non-registered brokers, supporting the BDM team when required at outside events, all with the primary aim of increasing broker customers. You will be working as part of a team with the Business Development Officers to create and arrange meetings to further develop relationships and increase leads, responding to queries and ensuring timely and effective contact with our partners. You will also be responsible for hitting targets and providing high quality customer service through intensive phone activity. Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the mortgage industry, networks, mortgage clubs and applicable regulation. A basic understanding of our lenders and their criteria would also be desirable but not essential. This list is not exhaustive, and the incumbent would be required to follow any reasonable management request to do additional duties and tasks.
