SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic manufacturing business in Solihull who are on the look out for a HR Advisor to come and join their fantastic team.
This role will report directly to the HR Manager and will have dotted line support responsibility to the junior staff members. This person will be a confident communicator and be able to thrive within the fast paced manufacturing environment being able to work and support with HR across multiple departments.
We are looking for someone who holds their CIPD 7 in order to provide support to those studying at a lower level. We are also looking for;
- Strong ER experience
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Coaching and guiding of SLT teams and management
- Strong communication skills
- Preparing HR reports
- Strong MS Excel skills
This is a fast-paced and exciting role for a skilled HR Advisor who is keen to dive into a varied role.
Typical day to day for this role will include;
- Support internal stakeholders with ER case management
- Actively lead on project work and reporting
- Supporting junior team members in HR as well as SLT teams across sites
- Upskill and develop the business on general HR best practice
- Looking at operational objectives and update HR policies

Up to £45K - this is an onsite role 5 day per week with early finish on a Friday.
